1 oz BHD Maple Cream Liqueur
½ oz BHD Coffee Liqueur
½ oz Espresso or Coffee
¼ oz Maple Syrup

(Build in a Shaker Tin Over Ice)
~ Shake & Double Strain into a Martini Glass

GARNISH: Coffee Beans
***Use 1 oz BHD Coffee Liqueur if not using

• Heat Simple Syrup
• Add Maple Syrup
• Add All Spice Berries
• Allow to Steep for 1 hour
Good for 1 month

~Stir with large ice cube

Make Simple (1:1)
• Mix 3 Cups Hot Water with 3 Cups Turbinado Sugar & Stir until dissolved
• Place Simple into Blender with 3 Rosemary Sprigs
• Hit “Pulse Button” 2 times
• Fine Mesh Strain out all Rosemary

Good for 1 month

*DO NOT BOIL. Lavender can’t handle boiling
Allow to steep for 5 min
Good for 1 month

In a highball glass gently muddle the mint, sugar and water. Fill the glass with ice, add Putnam Rye whiskey and bitters and stir. Garnish with a mint leaf

Ingredients

1 ½ oz Lawley’s Classic New England Spirit
¾ oz Maple Simple Syrup
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Kombucha
½ of a Seeded Jalapeño

Muddle jalapeño in the bottom of a shaker tin. Add Lawley’s, maple simple, lemon juice, and ice, shake until combined. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass. Top with kombucha. Garnish with a slice of jalapeño and lemon twist.

½ oz Honey Simple Syrup
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Sage Leaves

Add all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice. Shake until combined. Strain through a fine strainer into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a sage leaf.

1/3 oz Rose Syrup (Hibiscus Flowers in Rose Syrup)
3 dashed Rhubarb Bitters (Fee Brothers)

Hibiscus Flower for garnish

Combine Merry Maker, rose syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a champagne flute and top with champagne. Garnish with a hibiscus flower.

¾ oz Simple Syrup
½ oz Lime Juice

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a martini glass or coupe and garnish with a lime wheel floated in top.

Top off with Ginger Ale (about 6 oz)

Fill a pint glass with ice and add New World Tripel, Lemon, and syrup. Top with ginger ale and stir.

Combine all ingredients in a tin and mix. Pour over ice in a glass. Garnish with carrot and celery stick, or let your imagination go wild.

2 oz Lawley’s Small Batch Rum – Original
Turbinado Syrup
Equal parts: Orange & Cranberry Juices
2 Dashes Fresh Lime Juice
Top off with Raspberry Seltzer

Fill a Collins glass with ice. Add Lawley’s, syrup, citrus juices and stir. Top with raspberry seltzer. Garnish with an orange and/or lime wheel.

3 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
1 Lime Wheel for garnish

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a coupe and garnish with lime wheel and cherry.

½ Cup Sugar or Sugar Substitute
• Place ingredients in mixing bowl
• Beat with electric mixer until the texture of very thick whipped cream
• Place in pastry bag & cut the corner off when ready to use.
• Store in fridge
(If whipped texture dissipates , beat again with
electric mixer)

Dollop of fresh whipped cream on top (if desired)
